Once the user’s system has been configured with a Bomgar Button, starting a support session takes only seconds every time.

Bomgar Buttons can be installed on Windows, Mac, and Linux computers. The Bomgar Button installs on the desktop of the user who is currently logged in at the time of installation. If a customer attempts to start a session via the Bomgar Button and either no representative is logged in for the defined queue or if the button has expired, an unavailable or invalid message will display. The browser will then refresh to your support portal.

Administrators and privileged representatives can create Bomgar Buttons to deploy to one or more remote computers. Bomgar Buttons can even be mass deployed by email, or installed on Windows systems with Bomgar’s MSI Installer.
